Our new trade campaign marks the start of a long-term advertising concept for Clariant. It reflects the company’s transformation, its knowledge and expertise along its customers’ total value chain, and its leadership position in the industry.

The campaign is targeted at getting across Clariant’s service orientation and innovation strength. Through bold design, stunning images and highly focused text, the ads depict Clariant as savvy and sophisticated yet close to the customer’s needs. It is a fully integrated concept that orchestrates all of the company’s advertising activities in terms of form, content and timing.

Service and customer orientation begin with a question of necessity: “What do you need?” This is the question at the core of the entire advertising concept. It serves as the byword for service, partnership, dialogue, customer orientation, and innovation strength. At the end of the day, these are the values and attributes for which Clariant stands.

The answer to the central question, “What do you need?" is embodied in the brand promise: “Clariant - exactly your chemistry.”
