JOB SUMMARY:
Development of new products according to defined R&D Pipeline. Work in collaboration with the application team with the aim of a better understanding of product requirements. Work in collaboration with the production team for the scale-up of the new developed products
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Product development / optimization with the aim of supporting MKT strategy to Improvement of product portfolio and GM increase.
- Work in collaboration with technical and marketing teams to find out the best solution to the customer. Positive attitudes and engaged to Teamwork and Collaboration.
- Find out opportunities through constant process evaluation in order to improve quality and product cost. Ensure competitive costs for Archroma.
- Ensures compliance of Legal aspects according to Safety, Health and Environmental issues. Accomplish to Country Legislation requirements and Archroma Sustainability Police.

PROFILE:
The person in charge will need knowledge of emulsion polymerization technology and relationship with other functional areas. A certain autonomy is required.
A creative mind is expected to come up with new ideas and therefore achieve better results
Adaptability and flexibility to overcome problems and arrive at a positive solution, ensuring that decisions are made based on policies and organizational directives
