Reports to: Head of Customer Service

Location: Charlotte, NC - USA (only local candidates will be considered for this role)


Position Summary:

A key point of contact with customers. Responsible for customer order management with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction while maintaining cost control. Collaborates with sales, planning, logistics, and the businesses to ensure timely delivery of Archroma products. This position requires routine decision-making, cost management, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer order management

  • Manages assigned accounts, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Follow up / tracking / tracing / expediting
  • Provides daily updates to customers and businesses on customer order status

Quality management

  • Manages problem recognition to decision process
  • Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow
  • up to ensure resolution
  • Ensures ISO documentation for necessary work instructions

Master data management

  • Responsible for customer master data integrity
  • Maintains customer/material info and customer account records
  • Ensures that all agreed-upon requirements are documented.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent company/work experience
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel – advanced
  • Fluency in written/spoken French is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to investigate issues to help determine root cause
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours dependent on workload
