Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, the Transfer Pricing Manager will be the proactive Transfer Pricing partner at a global level. The main responsibilities will be:

  • Run the transfer pricing process within the company: ensure compliance with all requirements defined by Group Tax following OECD guidelines and managing target EBIT by segment for each entity based on benchmarks.
  • Analysis of TPs amongst affiliates using the Transfer Pricing tool: use analysis to optimize TPs of the group, instigate new initiatives for pricing, and give guidance to local finance. Ensure that the transfer prices for all products are updated to reach the target EBIT for all entities involved. Identify exceptions and special cases from the local entities inputs collected and discuss with the entities.
  • Prepare and deliver Management Fees & IT Fees: preparation of the management fee and IT fees quarterly for the headquarter, ensure legal contracts are in place and withholding tax requirements are met.
  • Transfer pricing documentation: lead documentation requirements in accordance with OECD guidelines including master file, central files and local files.


  • Bachelor degree or master. Qualification in Finance/ Controlling/ Tax
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing at a global or regional level
  • Local finance and controlling experience will be a plus


  • Tax, Finance & controlling skills, particularly deep understanding of the structure of income statements
  • Understanding of intra-group invoicing process and transfer pricing considerations (and related tax issues) including product pricing and royalties
  • Working knowledge of OECD guidelines
  • SAP knowledge will be a plus
  • High proficiency in Excel required
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with global mindset
  • Work language will be English


  • Role can be based in either Reinach, Switzerland or Prat, Spain
  • Candidate should be willing to travel up to 10% of working time
  • Candidate must have valid work permit
