Archroma honored at 5th EFP Women Empowerment and Gender Equality Awards 2025

We are proud to share that Archroma Pakistan has been recognized at the 5th EFP Women Empowerment and Gender Equality Awards 2025 for our continued commitment to fostering a women-friendly workplace and advancing Diversity & Inclusion.

This recognition highlights our long-standing efforts to create an equitable environment. Archroma was the first company in Pakistan to sign the Gender Equality Policy in 2008, setting a precedent for non-discrimination and inclusive practices in the industry.

We actively support women’s leadership development, career progression, and safe workspace through meaningful dialogue on non-harassment. Archroma Pakistan offers internship opportunities to textile students, with 30% of interns being women, reinforcing our belief in nurturing talent early on.

This award is a reflection of our values and the journey we continue to take toward gender parity.
