Simon Clementson

Simon Clementson is leading Archroma's Human Resources since June 2020.

Mr. Clementson is an HR expert with 25 years of experience in industries such as Consulting, IT, Professional Services, and Oil & Gas. He joined Archroma from BP where his last position was HR Director, Eastern Hemisphere Lubricants and Global Formulated Product Technology, and he has also held key HR roles at Capgemini and IBM.

Mr. Clementson has extensive HR experience and performed both specialist and generalist HR roles at global and regional level, allowing him to provide expert support with an eye on strategy through to execution.
