Flordemaria Monterroso Jimenez values teamwork, passion, and the inclusive culture at Archroma.

As Customer Service Desk team leader in Mexico, Flordemaria is always reaching for excellence in communication. She knows the importance of listening carefully, comprehending inquiries, and acting according to stakeholders’ needs.

During the two years she has been working for Archroma, Flordemaria had to adapt to working from home most of the time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. whilst this seemed like a challenge in the beginning, Flordemaria soon realized that great collaboration is not bound to meeting people only physically but being present in the moment and creating close relationships with colleagues and customers, even on video calls:

"Encouraging the team to make things differently and having good communication and understanding of our customer needs made me feel very committed with our company", she says.

Flordemaria appreciates how the culture and leadership at Archroma highlight collaboration and teamwork. Being happy in her role and in the company as a whole helps her to be the best support to customers as well.

Her passion for travel is also supporting Flordemaria to enhance her communication skills. For her, meeting new people, and cultures as well as learning about the differences and similarities we all share is what ultimately creates understanding of different perspectives.
