Archroma continues to invest in the paper and packaging industry strengthening the productive and logistical capacity of its facility in El Prat de Llobregat

Since its inception, the El Prat plant has consistently delivered high-quality, timely, and sustainable products to meet the demands of the European market while securing its role as a supplier within the paper industry’s supply chain. With a spirit of innovation, the plant and its dedicated team prioritize safety and environmental care while strategically investing in technology to enhance operational capabilities.

The El Prat plant is one of the largest Archroma facilities globally employing 325 workers with an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons, 80% of which is exported to European Markets and the rest destined for the Iberian Peninsula.

These five decades represent relentless progress, and the company remains firmly focused on shaping a sustainable and innovative future as evidenced by a recently announced expansion plan. This plan will increase production volume by an additional 32,000 tons annually with an investment of 20 million euros over the next three years, creating 30 new jobs.
