As the demand for denim continues to grow in India, the event offered the Indian denim community a platform to discover Archroma’s various solutions for colors and effects on denim.
Product highlights of the event included Archroma’s award-winning Advanced Denim concept, new range of colors: EarthColors from natural agricultural waste, Optisul® dyes for casualwear, and nature-friendlier water repellence with SmartRepel® Hydro.
Exhibits of different denim artifacts also showcased the versatility of the fabric and some of the latest fashion trends in denim. The event also ventured to bring out the creative side of the future designers of today with the “Do the Denim” competition. Jointly organized together with the Society of Dyes and Colourists (SDC), World School of Design (WSD), the competition encouraged “budding” designers to innovate denim.
