Archroma, a global leader in color and specialty chemicals presented some of its most innovative technologies at the 10th International Garment, Textile Machinery & Accessories Exhibition & Conference (IGATEX), one of the largest and most awaited events of the textile sector in Pakistan.

The company attracted much attention with its solutions towards more innovative and sustainable textiles, in applications such as apparels, home textiles, technical textiles, carpet and transportation industry. Displays were available at the booth for visitors to find inspiration for trendy and creative effects.

Talk sessions by James Carnahan, Global Sustainability Manager at Archroma, were popular with textile manufacturers looking to answer the growing demand for sustainability from brand owners and retailers. Udo Schmitt, Global Head of Business Development for Cellulosic Dyes at Archroma ran discussions with a number of customer groups to present the company’s innovative reactive dyes.

Archroma’s stall had one of the highest footfall rates of over 1000 exhibitors from members of business community associated to textiles, government officials and the general public.
