InOneGO

Unique All-In-One Continuous Process for DIRESUL® RDT dyes

What if textile dyeing could significantly reduce water use?

Meet InOneGO, an innovative continuous dyeing process by Archroma designed to reduce processing steps and resource consumption compared with conventional benchmark dyeing processes, while unlocking new creative possibilities across fashion, denim, home textiles, and more.

Water is a limited resource

Traditional dyeing processes can require significant amounts of water, energy, chemicals and processing time, creating operational and environmental challenges for textile manufacturers.

  • High water consumption
  • Extensive processing steps
  • Long production times
  • High energy demand
  • Wastewater generation

What if one process could replace multiple steps?

InOneGO is an all-in-one continuous dyeing technology using DiresulĀ® sulfur dyes that simplifies textile coloration while maximizing efficiency.

  • Water-free application process
  • Reduced process time**
  • Lower energy consumption**
  • Potential reduction in processing-related CO2 emissions**
  • Increased productivity through process simplification**

Sustainability Benefits in Practice

How much impact can one innovation make?

InOneGO was designed to help manufacturers reduce resource consumption and processing time without compromising quality or aesthetics.

Up to 97% less water*

Up to 81% shorter process time*

Up to 75% lower processing-related CO2 emissions*

Up to 65% less energy*

* Results are based on a production case study comparing InOneGO with a conventional benchmark dyeing process. Reductions relate to the evaluated production conditions.

** Actual results may vary depending on substrate, equipment, operating conditions, production setup and energy source.

  • Earthy and natural shades
  • Deep blacks
  • Special blues
  • Vintage wash-down effects
  • Solid color looks
  • Overdyed denim effects

How is InOneGO different from Archroma's current portfolio?

InOneGO is a complete continuous dyeing process that combines coloration, fixation and softening into a single pad-dry application step. Unlike conventional dyeing methods that require multiple wet processing stages, InOneGO offers an all-in-one approach designed to simplify production while reducing resource consumption. This specific process has been particularly designed for our Archroma's DIRESULĀ® RDT sulfur dyes.

How does the process work?

The process uses a highly efficient Pad-Dry application suitable for stenter and thermosol machines. Fabric is dyed and fixed through a continuous, water-free application process that eliminates traditional washing stages

Frequently asked questions

Suitable for denim, fashion, casual wear, formalwear and home textiles.

InOneGO is suitable for woven cotton fabrics, knitted cellulosic fabrics, denim materials, and home textiles.

The technology is now commercially available, as demonstrated through its industrial deployment with our Lameirinho partner and the launch of the first InOneGO bedlinen collection.
