LUPRINTOL®

LUPRINTOL^®

The LUPRINTOL® range of pigment printing auxiliaries has been developed to enhance multiple aspects of the textile printing process. They are used to improve the vibrancy, sharpness and durability of prints, to impart a soft handfeel to printed fabrics, and to streamline the printing process for efficient production.

LUPRINTOL® fixing agents are used to improve the washfastness and wet-rubbing fastness of prints on polyester (PES) and polyester-cotton (PES-CO) blends. They help ensure that colors remain vivid for longer. Formaldehyde-free* and low-formaldehyde formulations are available to meet OEKO-TEX® 100 Standards#.

LUPRINTOL® softeners counteract brittleness imparted by printing paste chemicals to leave fabrics feeling soft. They also improve dry-rubbing fastness, enhancing comfort without compromising print quality. Crucially, these softeners work in concert with the LUPRINTOL® fixing agents and HELIZARIN® binders to achieve a balance of both high dry-rubbing fastness and high wet-rubbing fastness.

LUPRINTOL® emulsifiers and additives are used to improve the stability and consistency of print pastes, which can lead to smoother operations and less equipment downtime.
