LUTEXAL®

With LUTEXAL®, Archroma has created a wide range of high-quality synthetic pigment thickeners that deliver well-defined prints and brilliant shades. Selection of high performance and VOC free for more sustainable prints. Select according to your application process and desired effects.

Formaldehyde-free* and GOTS-certified, LUTEXAL® thickeners provide very good contour definition and good color levelness. Different formulations offer anti-flushing properties, salts resistance, soft handfeel, low viscosity drop after pigmentation, and other effects.

LUTEXAL® are ‘inverse-emulsion’ thickeners. They develop their full thickening effect almost immediately after being stirred into water. This means that printing pastes prepared with LUTEXAL® are quickly ready to use. You can use LUTEXAL® thickeners with emulsion thickeners if required.

Suitable for rotary, flat-bed and roller printing, the LUTEXAL® thickeners come in high and medium concentrations. The range includes liquid formulations for easy dosing and a highly concentrated powdered version that disperses easily in water, developing high stable print pastes during the whole printing process.
