LYOPRINT^®

LYOPRINT® thickening agents optimize the printing paste’s stability, flow properties, superficial tension and wash-off properties to enhance color yield and sharp patterns on textile prints. Available as hybrid or pure synthetic chemistries, produced as a highly concentrated low-viscosity liquid, these thickeners are easy to handle and suitable for automatic dispensing units. Thanks to their high-performance chemistry, these thickeners can deliver rapid, and controlled thickening in short time and very homogeneous lump-free printing pastes. 

The LYOPRINT® antifoaming agents remove air from print paste and prevents foam and instability, improving the printing paste’s running properties for a smooth print. This can reduce the risk of cloudy prints leading to low quality prints with poor coloristic dyes performance, therefore can also help deliver more even and consistent color. 

The LYOPRINT® reduction inhibitor protects the dyes from the reductive environment inside the steamer to prevent shade change during the fixation process. Its target is to preserves the intensity and brightness of the colors, producing uniform results.

The LYOPRINT® soaping agent has a powerful effect to remove thickeners, chemicals and most important the unfixed dye and efficiently prevent staining on the unprinted white areas—helping to achieve a high-quality fabric with good fastness properties. It is suitable for all reactive dye classes and machines and offers easy handling and the potential for automatic dosing. Additionally, thanks to its high efficient cleaning properties it can also simplify the wash-off process to save time, water and energy.
