The report was again prepared according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards: Core option, with references to the corresponding UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The rich content of the report demonstrates the deep commitment and ambition of the Archroma team, in particular the contributors of the many relevant ESG topics, to lead the transformation of our industries.
The report illustrates the continued focus and progress of Archroma on our material topics, including in the areas of CO2 emissions, energy, water and waste management, D&I, governance, etc.
Our CO2 emissions for instance have be reduced by 17% since 2018, our baseline year!
The report also contains concrete examples of how our sustainable system solutions deliver positive impacts in our markets. The system-based approach created by Archroma to drive the transition towards safer and more sustainable products and processes was introduced in 2018 and already represent 42% of our sales.
