Our ULTRAVON® range includes low-foaming wetting agents and detergents for all applications on cellulosic and synthetic fibers and their blends.

The ULTRAVON® agents have excellent wetting power and strong detergency, removing all kinds of impurities, including oils, greases, sizes and soil particles to help improve the reproducibility of subsequent processing steps. ULTRAVON® CN is especially effective in cracking and desizing processes. It is used in various stages of textile preparation, from scouring to bleaching to washing of wool. ULTRAVON® ECP is a highly effective rewetting agent and excels in emulsification and degreasing. It is suitable for pad-steam, pad-batch and immersion bleaching.

With outstanding compatibility with enzymes and high stability to oxidative bleaching agents, alkali and acids, the ULTRAVON® products simplify pretreatment recipes and reduce inventory. They are low foaming, and free of antifoam, ensuring problem-free running on continuous and semi-continuous machines. Both also offer simple handling and easy dosing with metering pumps or automatic dispensing systems.

ULTRAVON® are APEO-free and offer good bio-elimination. They are compliant with ZDHC and suitable for producing bluesign® APPROVED products—providing the products are used as recommended.
